Platform Frontier
Six new capabilities built on 2024–2026 web-platform features — composable motion, typed-property gradients, anchor-tethered UI, in-page view transitions, text-scan highlighting and instant navigation. Every one is governor-tiered and reduced-motion-safe, and degrades to a clean static state on older browsers.
1 · Composable motion
This button carries md-afloat + md-alift + md-apress +
md-aglow together. They used to cancel; now the idle bob keeps running while hover lifts and click
dips — because each rides its own transform longhand.
2 · Typed @property gradients
Registered custom properties make gradient angle, hue and position tween in pure CSS: a smooth conic ring, an on-brand aurora headline and a sheen sweep.

3 · Anchor-tethered panel
The panel is glued to the trigger with anchor() and auto-flips if it would run off-screen
— no JavaScript positioning. Uses [popover] for top-layer + light-dismiss.
SecureTrack mirrors every inbound & outbound email to one master mailbox — a complete, searchable record of business communication.
4 · Same-document View Transitions
Filtering morphs instead of snapping, via VT.swap(), with an automatic FLIP fallback where
View Transitions aren’t supported yet.
5 · Text scan (Custom Highlight API)
A highlight sweeps word-by-word across the line with zero DOM wrapping — layout, copy/paste and screen readers are untouched.
Every message, quietly recorded to one secure place.
6 · Instant navigation
Not a visual effect — it prerenders same-origin links on hover so the next page is ready before you click, making cross-page transitions feel native. Active on this page.
Respects Save-Data; skips downloads, new-tab & in-page links.
